Most estate sale companies battle against 1-2 day sales, muddy shoes on your carpet, slower turnout due to the location of your home, weather difficulties, HOA restrictions (Pine Canyon, Forest Highlands), etc. We eliminate all these problems with our simple process.

- We will schedule a convenient time for you to meet with our top-notch sales team, and find a solution that best fits your needs.
- If you choose a buyout option, we will offer our best price, write you a check, and efficiently load up your items.
- If you choose the estate sale option, we will photograph your items for marketing purposes, schedule an on-site estate sale date, or pickup date to professionally package and load up the entirety of your estate items, and set up everything in our warehouse for the sale.
- You can choose from three options at the end of the estate sale: (1) we will coordinate with a non-profit of your choice to pick up remaining items as a donation on your behalf (2) we can offer a cash price to purchase items remaining (3) you can pick up remaining items. Our ultimate goal is to offer you option (4): "Your check is ready! Everything sold!"
